Fashion Forward, Bronxville

Fashion Industry exec and her two teen age daughters wanted to give their new rental apartment  more pizzaz. Their preference for mid-century furnishings was loud and clear, but warmth, color and pattern were needed.  A new zig-zag carpet from Stark with the addition of a traditional Tibetan in the entrance, along with deep plum walls and new track lighting, added drama and transformed the space.  Eventually we reupholstered the sofa in a fine plain wool from Schumacher in deep blue and added more pillows. This successful, low-budget make-over had these fashion-forward ladies ready to entertain in a short time!
